Our Staff

Sarah - Owner, Choreographer

I have been dancing since 1987.  I joined the Steppin' Out II family when the studio opened in 1989. I began teaching classes in 2000 and loved every minute of it!  I love teaching all kinds of dance to all ages of dancer!  Seeing our young dancers grow as dancers and as people is a reward every day! My daughter began dancing 2 years ago which is an added bonus!!

Q - Choreographer

Zachary - but you can call him Q - has been dancing since he was two and has enjoyed every minute of it! His dream job was always to become a dance teacher. One of his high school teachers used to say "If you can talk, you can sing, and if you walk, you can dance". Q has always wanted to teach kids how much fun dance can be! His specialty is tap, and he joined our staff in 2022.

Meghan started dancing at Steppin' Out II at age 6 and began choreographing during high school and continued throughout college and into her education career.  After several years away, she is excited to be back at Steppin' Out II! Meghan runs an early childcare program and really enjoys working with toddler and preschool-aged children so she is very excited to be back teaching dance at this level!

Tiffany - Choreographer

Tiffany started dancing at Steppin' Out II in 2013 after moving to Massachusetts from Virginia. She began teaching dance in 2017 and has returned after a short time off. She loves teaching tap, jazz, ballet, and acro.
